Located in SW Florida a new home to me but not a new heater . Noticed the Freon lines from the evaporator coil to I believe is the expansion valve lines developed frost quickly. Warm water is entering pool at outlets in pool. Temp of water 65° asking for 82°. Outside air 78°. That frost can’t be reached right ??? I have pictures if needed .
Outside one side of coil looks clean ? Is there a blockage .

Heat pumps do frost up but they have auto defrost, it's like a refrigerator in reverse
