Water Feature Issue

Postby Bluesmokey » Fri 15 Sep, 2023 16:04

Greetings All from Sunny Florida!

When we bought this house less than a year ago, I had to learn pool care. It has been fun and I have learned a lot. The pool has a water feature, (two sided water fall). I have learned to switch from the water feature to the jets with lots of experimentation (and labels) Issue, the left water fall is stronger than the right in reference to water flow. At one point, I had it balanced but now for some reason the left is strong while the right is weak. I replaced the diverter and its still the same. If I put it on left only or right only, it is strong. Only when I try to balance it goes back to, left strong, right weak water flow. The pump is new and works well. Am I missing something? Any comments or suggestions are most appreciated.

Without knowing how they are plumbed I couldnt even guess.
I may not give you the answer you want to hear, but I will give an honest opinion of your situation as you decribe it.

If it all worked OK before then a blockage could be the problem
