Using a Becsys5 controller with an all new sample stream. The flow is normal, clean filter and it is connected correctly.
But the flow through the sample stream is weak. And the flow cell stops spinning often.

Re: sampe stream help
In a word(s) water takes the path of least resistance. On my original unit it had the flow tube with the weight inside. As I setup my pool for the correct flow for maximum energy saving the weight wouldn't lift and make the contacts for the controller to work. Changed to a paddle wheel and by adjusting the vacuum flow gauge valve and changing the position on the flow pipe on my setup it encouraged more water into the flow tube. The take off point was from the bottom of the return flow pipe as the pipework may not always be completely full. I also lowered the height of the sample tube and Becsys unit closer to the return pool pipe. Without a photo and more information its hard to diagnose further.
I may not give you the answer you want to hear, but I will give an honest opinion of your situation as you decribe it.
