Polaris 380 lack of wall climbing

Polaris 380 rebuilt last year, pump backwashed, but Polaris isn't climbing walls. I've set Polaris at the 11 & 1 o'clock settings and neither help. Sometimes it will, but it seems to be getting stuck in the corners. When it does climb sometimes it wavers left to right and then goes down the wall only to try to climb it again.

did you replace the tires? .... as soon as I replaced the tires on mine it worked great again
