Intex CS20110 sand/salt pump won't turn on

i have an Intex CS20110 sand filter/ salt water chlorinator. The unit had problems with turning on when i got it. I would have to turn it on and off several times by testing and reseting the GFCI plug to get it to operate. I replaced the GFCI connector, and now the LED display will only flash for a brief second but will not stay on. I checked the switch for continuity and it shows to be good. I then checked voltage on the small board found 124 volts coming in and i believe the relay on that board is working because the 5VDC on the output wire going to the large control board. I called Intex ( They suck by the way. ) They don't sell replacement parts or perform repairs. They also will by no means release a wiring schematic. Has anyone had this problem with a similar unit? Can any of you offer some advice on how to find parts for the unit? Please help.
