Hayward eCommand 4 Config menu locked

My Pool: Hayward eCommand 4; Hayward variable speed pump & booster pump; cartridge filter. not sure how many gallons but relatively small pool.

Hayward eCommand 4 Config menu locked

hi - just purchased a home that came with all the Hayward gear installed/setup.

Trying to unlock the Configuration Menu to check my settings. The installation menu states to press the < > at the same time for 5 secs. Doesn't seem to work, tried in Maint. mode as well - makes no difference. Please help.

I don't have any knowledge of Hayward eCommand 4 Config menu
