La01n booster problem

La01n booster quit working. Would hum then shut off. Replaced capacitor on top/outside and still hums then shuts off. I can spin the shaft freely with my fingers from the back end. When power is applied the shaft spins on its own but still shuts off after a few seconds. Any help is appreciated.
