What type of filter do you have and have you cleaned it recently? Makes a huge difference to Krauly!

it's a sand filter.

the sand was replaced in the last 6 months or so

Ok but have you given it a really good backwash?

I've been running 3 min backwashes 3 times a week possibly 3 times a week

i don't think the problem is pump related

i take out the basket where the kreepy is connected to and it is barely full

went to the pump and saw if that was clogged. also barely full.

The next place I would look was any pipe joints on the connecting hose.
