edge around pool

We just installed a fiberglass pool and when the concrete got poured something was done wrong and a very jagged edge was left around the edge of the pool. The concrete guy and pool guy are looking at different things to do but I was wondering if there are and plastic pieces of edging that could just simply cover this up or any other ideas? It is not a candelevered edge it butts up to the top lip.

yes you can do three things.

and it will be cheap.

vinyl molding.

membrane.

a router with a title bit,use a dove bit for this,this one does take time,but looks realy good when done right.
