rocks under liner

I had a new liner put in about 2 months ago. The installers told me I didn't need any new sand. They graded what was there. Now I have at least 3 rocks you can feel through the liner. Will the water pressure force them to go back into the sand with time? How bad is this and what do I need to do.?

i would call the company that installed the liner and tell them. having rocks up next to the liner is never good. they may never cause a problem or they may poke through soon. either way, the company should have put down more sand or raked it better.
