LT 400N Heater no power/lights on heater control panel. I have troubleshooting flowchart. Fuse was, blown, replaced. On transformer, I have 26 VAC coming in (I think this should be 120 or 240VAC. 0 VAC on terminal 1 red wire (should be 24), 13 VAC on yellow wire.
Looks like problem is no high voltage to heater from power distribution block in main filter electric panel... how do I troubleshoot, what is likely culprit?
