Pool Table

I have just moved into a house with a fibreglass pool. So far so good with chemical levels etc, only problem i'm having is my Baracuda Classic auto pool cleaner keeps getting stuck on the table in the pool.

I dont even like having the table in the pool, I find it offers no benefit and is ugly and takes up space.

How can I get rid of it? It's showing like a PVC pipe going into a socket, I'm just curious as to if underneath the PVC it'd be sealed and if I could therefore just cut the pipe and remove it or not..... has anybody heard/seen this done before?

What is the easiest way to remove the table?

I can provide actual photos if needed but this gives you an idea of what the tables look like (I did a quick google and found this)

Any help would be appreciated!!

Also: The barracuda does not seem to be randomly moving around the pool, it keeps missing a corner of the pool as it climbs the walls and goes around it. Is there an easy way to fix this?
