Need help with diverter setup

Postby beerose » Thu 04 Jul, 2019 09:11

So we just moved into our house and have never owned a pool. I know the setup on the Pentair 3 way diverters are incorrect but we can’t find anything online for our type of setup to help us figure it out. Looks like someone messed with them. Nothing was labeled on the pipes either. Anyone able to give me some tips?

The diverters at the bottom are on the suction side from the pool and the top are the returns to the pool
It looks like the flows from the pool are all open whereas the flow to the pool has two returns off. You will have to test to see which ones do what. Take an image of each setting before adjusting so that you can return to the origonal
You may have a vacuuming port
