XVac Pool Cleaner

Hello,

I recently purchased an XVac Vacuum for my 15 foot above ground pool with a 1 HP motor. After installing, the vacuum continuously has the same pattern and only stays on one side of the pool. I replaced the pool filter, made sure the basket is clean, added and removed vacuum hoses to test, and changed the settings on the vacuum safety valve. Nothing works. Any help is appreciated.

How large or small is your filter? These things need a good flow of water and its quite common for filters to be undersized and pumps to be oversized.
