Spa heater circuit breaker

I have a Pentair 250 minimax heater connected to a cam pool upgrade panel. The heater starts runs and heats up as it should but after running for about 15 to 20 minutes at pops the circuit breaker. I have checked all wire connections and if you reset it, it will run fine again for another 1015 minutes anybody ever have this problem or have any ideas?

Have you tried a different circuit breaker? Most are thermal devices and wear out over time.
