Polaris Connection Problem

Postby rshaw5102029 » Fri 07 Apr, 2017 09:25

To connect our Polaris to our pool we simply do a 'push in and turn' movement to engage a small nipple into a slot. Somehow the nipple has been broken off. Is there any easy solution to get our Polaris attached to the existing permanent pool fitting? Thanks in advance for any solution suggestion.

If it was done correctly originally the connector in the pool wall that is broken should be removable.
You would unscrew it and install a new one.

My quick disconnect and universal wall fitting are stuck. I unscrewed the wall fitting so could remove unit out of pool. How do I get them to turn apart?
