Plumbing Help Please...

I started down the road of getting an ICF Pool build earlier this summer, unfortunately, I ran into a bit of a scammer and was stuck out money and a hole in my yard. With the help of some local professionals and my engineer, I have pieced together the pool and getting close to our pour date.

I have a few questions though and was hoping to get them answered. I have build a 20 x 44 rectangle pool with a 7.5 ft deep end. There is a 10 x10 tanning ledge in the shallow end. My question is 2 or 3 skimmers? How many return jets 4 or 6? And my biggest question is where to place both skimmers and return jets to get the best results. How far down from the waterline do you put the return jets.
