replacing a tile

Hi,
How do i replace a tile that is damaged or has fallen off? Draining the water is the last thing to do considering that our pool is a commercial one and is now in full operation. I am wondering if there are any adhesive that can be used to replace the tile under water.

Get some white pool putty such as epoxybonds two part pool putty. Very strong and will set underwater. We use it at our commercial pools whenever a few tiles fall off.

Thank you so much for the advice. CAn you please tell me what sort of brand these pool putty and epoxybonds are? I tried the white powder putty mixed with aqua marine plug powder (because i cant find an epoxy that can be submerged underwater) but it didnt worked out. I am also wondering how to grout the tile surroundings if in case i will be able to stick the tile thats fallen off.

I would really appreciate your suggestions.

EpoxyBond is the brand name. It is a two part white pool putty. If your grout is white this can be used as well.
