Cool Deck

Hello, I have an amazing pool built bye the best. Of course they put in a cool deck that is quite large. It is made of concrete, and is looking dirty. We always power wash it but is seems to get dirty faster and faster (probably getting more pours). I would like so seal it. Does anyone have any ideas, because I don’t want to ruin the cool properties?

I have the same around my pool. Mine is painted. A little slick when it is wet, but cleanup is a snap.
