pool littering

I am having a swimming pool for nearly a year in my house and never experienced this type of problem. Every day when I wake up, I see that my pool is loaded with litter. I see many vegetable waste and *spamm* buds in my pool. I cleared it out in the beginning but this has become daily now. I am fed up with this. I think it's happening because there isn't any fence and CCTV cameras around my pool. One can easily access my pool area and get away. I am planning to fence my pool and also install cameras all around my house. I am searching for a residential security company in Vancouver that will help me to protect my pool. If you know any then please do suggest.
