Pool Paint coming off like dust

Hi, I have a pool which was painted 3year ago. and 6 months after it started to form dust on the side which was the paint coming off. The water hardness keeps droping it needs a 1Lt of acid a week to keep PH at 7.4 to 7.6 range.

your pool is leaking, the only thing that causes you hardness to drop is adding fresh water

You can make use of the epoxy Paint, it's very useful.
