I ordered a $450 hayward filter and pump. on a tuesday, told me it would arrive by sat. I called sat to get tracking numbers and I was told they were really busy and it hasnt shipped yet. OK, so I said please cancell the order then Ill get it locally.
That was saturday, guess what showed up on my porch thursday? The filter i had cancelled. I called and said i didnt want it, they said ok you can return it if you pay shipping and $90 restocking fee!
I tried for 3 days too contact the general manager, Linda Owen. I never got through always voicemail and no return calls! no email answers either.
This has to be the worst customer service ever, Ive used them before and she wouldnt even return my calls for a repeat customer! Horrible management to say the least.
