Clothes line for our towels and suits. The rest of the visitors know to bring their own towels and leave with their own wet towels.

I think everyone in the neighborhood should be responsible for bringing their own supplies and taking them back home with them. Why should you be responsible for keeping track of everyone elses belongings as well as the unsightly clothes line.
