pool liner agp

Postby ac38 » Thu 12 Jul, 2007 01:16

I am replacing the liner in my 21 ft. round above ground pool. I previously had a overlap liner and requested such when purchasing a new one. I guess by mistake I was given a unibead liner with a nice design(for the price of the overlap liner) and didnt notice this till I was near the end of installing it and filling it with water. The overlap with the new liner with water in it is about a inch over the outside of the pool. It is enough to put my coping on but am concerned if one inch of overlap is enough even though it looks like the coping will hold it. Am I correct that the water is held by the pool structure and not the liner? Would appreciate your comments on the small overlap.

Thank you in advance.
