is anyone aware of computer software that can be used to evaluate results and then determine corrective measures?

You can use The Pool Calculator to enter current and goal water chemistry parameters and it will tell you the quantities of chemicals needed to adjust, but note that the pH adjustments are approximate and generally you don't need to worry about the TA level unless its very low or very high.
