Diving Board replacement Question

Hi, our pool diving board I think is ready to be replaced. It makes creaking sounds when adults jump off. It shows stress cracks at the flex points and I'm afraid someone will get hurt. Anyway, Is there a way to tell for sure it is time to replace? Is there a repair epoxy of some kind as an alternative? If it is time to replace does anyone know a good discount site? I can't even find the kind I need...all the sites I have found sell spring boards. I apparently need a true diving board (the kind the has the two U shaped mounts as seen here: http://www.aquasuperstore.com/images/ustanddivingboard_large.gif. Any help would be great. Thanks a lot!
