Pool temperature

:roll: Our condo pool man says our pool temp must stay cool or too much bacteria will grow. Is this true? It gets algae now. Thanks

Algae enjoys warmer temperatures but unless you are getting into the mid to upper 80s it shouldnt be a big deal, especially if the pool is properly chlorinated.

We keep our pool at 88F and it sometimes gets to 90F and have no algae problems even with a phosphate level approaching 3000 ppb because we properly maintain the Free Chlorine (FC) level to never get below 7.5% of the Cyanuric Acid (CYA) level.
