Discoloring under inground pool liner

I have a inground pool an the we have trouble with water getting under the liner do to the water table being
so high where I live. I just opened the pool yesterday and now I have staining underneath the pool liner
which shows through the liner. Does anyone know of anything I can pour under neath the liner to take this
stains away or at least get it to srop from getting it any bigger. thanks
