My father' s house has an in-ground fiberglass pool that has suffered serious neglect. Now we are ready to resume proper maintenance, but the pum is dead, the chemical service has not been out in a year, and the water looks like a pond in a mountain meadow. I have never been responsible for pool-care up to now, so I feel a bit overwhelmed with what I see.
Do any of you have suggestions on where to begin rescuing and returning to service this pool?
