Does anyone have any information on Indoor Swimming Pool - Surrounding Ground Temperature Long Term Transient Heat Loading? I once read a post indicating how long term transient heat loading occurs in surrounding ground areas around and below indoor swimming pools.

British building regulations insist indoor pools are constructed with insulation on the walls and base to conserve heat that otherwise be lost to the ground.
