Hi anyone knows if Goldline temperature sensor will work with Jandy Aqualink RS 6 Controller? The GL part is PC-10K.
Thanks

Are you asking because you have one? Hook it up and try it. You will get an accurate reading or you won't. You won't damage the RS6 by doing this. You will of course need an accurate temp reading of the water before you start to tell if the new sensor is working properly.

Thanks Pool Clown for the input. No I do have the Goldline sensor. I asked the question so I can decide if I should order the Gold Line replacement for my Jandy unit. I cannot return if it does not read accurately. I agree it wont break my controller since it's just a passive thermistor. The GL one is 10K Ohms and I have not been able to find the specification for the Jandy on.
Thanks

I have an Jandy Aqualink RS6 system. I just purchased two goldline sensors on ebay. Did some research first by calling Jandy tech support directly. They told me - no problem using Goldline / Hayward sensors as the specs are the same.
Installed sensors and tested. Both came within 2 degrees of actual temp over a range of temperatures. Have them installed now and working well.
Saved a bundle by buying the Goldline instead of the Jandy 7790 model. Hope they last.

You can also calibrate those from the panel in the house if they slip a little.
