Any colour change on your dip strips for pH, CYA, All? You can get a vanishing dot CYA tester for about $20 from LaMotte. Normal phenol red will test your pH and a tablet test for Alk all low cost but better than dip strip test.

Pools doing great so far. PH still playing games. Though. I read somewhere we can add 20 mule Borax for faster PH rise ? Is that true ? Pros / cons if so.

Pros, it will act as an algaecide. It will put up your pH.
Cons, drinking a lot of pool water can make testicles shrink, and that's not just the cold water!
Biggest issue is, have bought a good test kit? Otherwise you are spending on non essentials and not addressing the important thing, you'll need a test kit for borates you just can't through Chem's in. Get your chemistry correct and you don't need borates.
