Getting zero pressure in my filter

I am a new pool owner (2nd year). Have my pool all set up. Hoses from Pump to skimmer, filter to blow hole thing.

My pressure reader thing is at 0 (when I hear it should be about 20)

Nothing blowing through blowhole thing and skimmer doesn't really even look like water going down (although when I pull out the other end water is gushing out) You can also see water swishing around in the pump

Beyond frustrated. Considering putting cover back on and not using pool this year. This is an above ground pool. Worked perfectly last year.
