Good Morning,
I don't mean to be vague but I'm new to the pool game. Just purchased a home with a pool and was wonder if someone could tell me about the condition of my equipment and some basics on how this stuff works and what I will need to do. I'm sure there are already threads on this but I couldn't find any with salt water pools, btw I'm in san diego, CA.

I'm not sure about the maximum upload but try reducing the image size (it can be done with an iPhone) or insert a link

First thing to do is replace your o-rings. Sometimes a quick and cheap fix for pool equipment.
