new to pool

hello.i just moved in a new house with an above ground pool. and i know nothing about pools and in this village no one is available to clean the pool. the pool is filled with dirty water and algae.it comes with few equipments too. one is heating and other is pump i guess. can any one help me to clean and use it . i will be obliged .thanku
