WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!

Help me!!! Me and my better half have a pool and it was pre exsisting to the property. I was told that i have to add sand to the filter. So i took the top off of the filter and tried to see if the pipe inside would come out it did not so i added sand to it!!! then i saw a sticker on the ground telling me to cap the pipe inside. Now it is full of sand!!! What should i do????

Get a wet/Dry shop vac and clean it out. Or try using a garden hose and vac to clean it out.
