First, stop by Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, Sams, etc and buy a test kit (not strips) and learn to use it!

Take all the tests, and report your numbers here for further instruction. :)

Hi,

Like backglass said...learn how to
use your testing equipment and
you should never have this problem
again.

Now to fix your problem...

1. Shock the pool with chlorine
2. Brush everything, walls, floor
3. Add a floc
4. let all this recirculate for 30 mins
5. Turn everything off for 24-48 hours until everything is settled
6. Then vac to waste
7. Balance the water

I hope this helps?

Take Care,

Michael Silvester
