Bugs around rim of pool

I'm in Central California, anyone know what these little guys are and how to get rid of them?

There's a whole bunch of them just hanging out on the tiles above the waterline.

It's nature, if the chlorine is correct compared to the CYA then a lot of bugs don't like it. Just scoop them out, probably a short season for them anyway.
