Bestway pool glued to steel bars

Hello,

I'm disassembling my pool for the winter, and found that the pvc tubes that hold the structure together having the steel pipes padding through them are glued to the steel.

I guess it's a result of the heat melting the pvc and getting it to stick to the steel.

If I pull firmly I can detach them, but it's a lot of work, maybe someone has experience or better ideas on how to do that?
