Bestway pro steel pool - ground clearance

Hello,

I'm looking to install a Bestway 31' x 16' power steel pool in our garden and will be having a contractor round to prepare an area of land so it is completely flat and level.
But I'm not sure how much clearance I need. Will an area 40' x 20' be sufficient?

If anybody's installed one of these, I'd also appreciate any tips you might have. Is it a reasonably straightforward job if the ground has been well prepared? Anything I need to look out for?
