Bestway Oval 10 ft pool with Vulcan Heater - HELP PLEASE

Hi Folks,

Greetings from Dublin, Ireland.

I just bought a Bestway 10 foot oval pool and purchased a Vulcan 3KW heater last week and installed it yesterday. Unfortunately, it kept cutting out every hour or so. I tried to attached a pic but permissions dont let me.

The 'in' pipe to the heater has a small drip and that might be affecting the water pressure/flow.

I've tried elevating the in and out pipes too and laid out the extension cable as it was overheating but no difference.

I'd be grateful for any advice.
