Hello Newbie here saying Hi.
I’m at the planning stage of building a below ground, heated outdoor pool.
I want to get a swim training machine. I would like something like an endless pool setup where there’s a current you can swim against.
Has anyone got any experience with these?
Is there a more cost effective way of getting a similar result?

Re: New pool, planning stage...help!
I know these as swim jets.
Generally I think for this type of device the best idea would be to consult a local specialty store. There are various different models and each work slightly differently.
Be aware there is a potential for danger with this type of set up. There should be multiple suction points to disperse the suction as much as possible and make it as safe as possible. For this reason I would be looking for a minimum of two suction inlets and probably would fit an additional one as well.
Hope that helps.
