Dirt falling from under pool edge

Hi
I am a new owner of a 10yo pool. In a small section of pool i see dirt falling from under the edge, what could be the reason and how can i fix this?

There is probably a crack between your pool decking and the pool wall, under the decking would be the dirt seeping into pool. Is there a water source nearby that would be affecting the movement of the dirt?

Caulking it closed should solve it.
