We just switched from a DE earth filter to a cartridge filter. When the pump is running, it is all good. But when we hook up the vacuum, the filter builds up pressure and detaches the hose from the skimmer. We just purchased a new hose (and the piece to connect to the skimmer) and the filter is clean.
Any ideas?
