Doing a replastering and retiling of pool. My wife wants a wet deck/sundeck built into pool. Cost is around 7-8 thousand, is it worth it? Would I get any return on money spent if I sold the house?

Depends on what the future purchaser wants
I don't think it puts value on the property
You need to get the benefit yourself
