Is this pool spa worth it?

We are renovating our house and it had always been my dream to have a pool in my backyard. I'm so much in love with this 17' pool spa. It has fitness and therapy area and also ultra violet water purifier. Has anyone used this kind of pool before? I would really love to get one. But it's kind of costly, and along with the renovation expense, it will cost quite too much for me. I'm however, trying to apply for a construction mortgage loan. http://www.canadamortgagedirect.com/mor ... ion-loans/ But I want to know whether this pool is worth taking a mortgage? Cause if I opt for any other small pool, then I probably will not have to apply for any mortgages. So, I would really want to hear your opinion.
