Help figuring out how to fill this information

Hi everyone. I am building a pool for my house and I am doing it "by owner". I went to see an architect so he could design de blue prints for the pool and provide me all the information required by the county so I could submit the paperwork to get the bulding permit. I was told at the license and permit department that some info is missing. I went back to the person who did the blue print and he replied he'd never had a problem before. End of story, the architect who did my blue prints does not want to admit his error. I am stuck trying to do this calculations myself. I'll appreciate if someone could help me out where to find the tools or how to do them. Thanks in advance.
