My Pool: New construction 12x30

New pool

We are having a 12x30 pool built. They are laying the travertine deck. We noticed the travertine lines aren't square with the deco drains. After measuring the pool is 6" out of square with the house. The builder said it was because of the property line. I think he they just screwed up. Any thoughts?

What did you do? Sounds like they screwed up but the pool is done.
