Our brand new fiberglass pool was installed yesterday..and during installation I noticed a bunch of scratches or cracks in bottom of pool. When pool was set in hole..one of the guys jumped in to check it out and he confirmed they were cracks. I called pool company to tell them and they said they would have to put it through warranty claim through the manufacturer to repair the cracks. I really can't see spending almost 40k on a brand new pool to have cracks repaired. Do I have the right to refuse this shell and demand a new one?

Re: Cracks in New pool..help!!
I would definately think so but if the cracks appeared so easily I would be concerned about the thickness of the fibreglass and manufacture
