water fill line

HI I am new here so please forgive me of this has been discussed. I have an old inground concrete pool which were are totally renovating. Since we are replacing the pool deck we now have an opporunity to install a under the deck water fill line and get rid of ugly garden hoses when filling the pool. I don't care about automatic fillers, all I want is a valve near the side of the pool which I can use manually to top up my pool. We would need to blow out the water line in the fall but that is not an issue. Advice and guidance would be appreciated.
